Extreme Grand Prix

What we are looking to do on the 19th of October as a Circle of Men...is fellowship at Extreme Grand Prix (focus is men of KBC but open to the city)

projected prices:

1 conference room for (3 hours)
includes big screen television 
electronic equipment for use with TV (Projector, Xbox, options for College or NFL ticket for games)
tables & chairs set up (however we decide)
food ready on entry or at set time

$45 + taxes (extra $4 for game tokens if wanted)...based on height restrictions
includes 2 go-kart races
$4 dollars worth of game tokens if paid for
all you can eat & drink (menu to be determined)

$32 + taxes (extra $4 for token games token if wanted)...based on height restrictions
includes 1 go-kart race
$4 dollars worth of game tokens if paid for
all you can eat & drink (menu to be determined)


$20 + taxes (extra $4 for token games token if wanted) for those that don't meet age & height requirements
includes kiddie go-kart race
bounce house
$4 dollars worth of game tokens if paid for
all you can eat & drink (menu to be determined)

$15 + taxes ($extra 4 for token & taxes)
does not include go-kart races

**** all prices based on minimum of 30 people attending (if we have close to 100 prices with dip a little)
